Draft version 0.2 Β· Last updated September 2026

Preliminary draft β€” not yet in effect. This document is pending review by a licensed attorney. This platform is operated by GoEnhanced LLC, Highland Village, TX.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to all you-the-winner.com subdomains, including the main site, tools.you-the-winner.com ("YTW-Daily Tools"), and any [name].you-the-winner.com personalized instance. It's operated by GoEnhanced LLC, founded by Marcelo AragΓ£o, Highland Village, TX. Questions go to [email protected]. For the complete Privacy Policy covering the YTW-Daily Tools subscription app specifically, see tools.you-the-winner.com/privacy.html β€” this page covers the free tools and general use of the you-the-winner.com site.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 If you're just visiting

If you fill out a contact or interest form on the main site, we collect what you type in: typically name, email, and any message or details you add. If you don't submit a form, we don't collect anything identifying about you beyond standard, aggregated analytics (see Section 7).

2.2 If you have a signed-in account (YTW-Daily Tools or a personal instance)

An account requires an email and password (or Google sign-in). Beyond that, the data you have depends entirely on which tools you use β€” we don't require you to fill in any of it, and every field is optional:

  • My Day β€” mood, energy, sleep, and medication check-in entries
  • Cycle Tracker β€” menstrual cycle dates and related entries you choose to log
  • Weight & Height Tracking β€” body measurement entries you choose to log
  • Plans, Level Up Board, Roadmap, Wishes, Rewards β€” goals, tasks, and progress you set
  • Money β€” income/expense categories, budgets, and financial practice data (including SSI/ABLE-related planning entries, for users who use it that way)
  • Calendar & Schedule β€” shift and event entries, and, if you connect it, read access to your Google Calendar
  • Family Emergency & Legacy Binder β€” whatever personal, legal, financial, or medical reference information you choose to enter (see the Terms of Service for our "pointers, not raw data" recommendation on this one)
  • Receipt photos, if you upload any, stored in Firebase Cloud Storage
  • Picture Frame Mode β€” doesn't collect anything new; it displays data you've already entered elsewhere on a screen you choose to point it at

A free demo mode is also available and requires no account; demo data lives only in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

We do not collect: government ID numbers, Social Security Numbers, or full financial account numbers through any form field β€” the Money and Binder tools are designed for you to store only identifying references (last 4 digits, institution names), not full numbers. Full card numbers are never collected by us at all; billing is handled entirely by Stripe (Section 7).

3. Sensitive Personal Data

Some of what's described above is data we treat with extra care, both because the law does and because it matters to you:

  • Health-adjacent data: My Day's mood/energy/sleep/medication entries, and Weight & Height Tracking.
  • Reproductive health data: Cycle Tracker entries. Several states (Washington's My Health My Data Act is currently the strictest) classify this as a specially protected category with its own consent and disclosure rules, sometimes independent of HIPAA. We treat all Cycle Tracker data with that level of care regardless of where you live: it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with a third party except the infrastructure providers needed to run the app (Section 7).
  • Financial data: Money Planner entries, including SSI/ABLE-related planning information.

None of this data is used for advertising, profiling, or sold to anyone, under any circumstance.

4. How We Store Your Data

Account and app data is stored in Google Firebase (Realtime Database and Cloud Storage), transmitted over HTTPS, and encrypted at rest by Google's infrastructure. Data is only accessible after you sign in with your own credentials.

5. Family Plans

If your account is part of a Family Plan, data entered by a plan member is visible to and manageable by the plan owner (typically a caregiver). This is a deliberate design choice to support caregiving, and it means Family Plan data isn't private between members the way a standalone account's data is private from us. See Section 5 of the Terms of Service for more.

6. Who Can Access Your Data

We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only people with administrative access to the underlying database are the operators of the Platform, and only for the purpose of maintaining the service or responding to a support request you initiate.

We don't use ad networks, ad-tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers anywhere on the Platform.

8. Children's Privacy

Accounts are intended for adults and, where applicable, the young adults and families YTW-Daily Tools is designed to support. We don't knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. Where a minor's name appears (for example, in a booking form completed by a parent), that's provided by the adult submitting the form, not collected from the child directly.

9. Your Rights

Access

Request a copy of what we have on file for your account.

Correction

Fix inaccurate data yourself in-app, or ask us to.

Deletion

Request full deletion of your account and its data.

Portability

Export your data (Binder as Word; other tools on request).

We respond to any of these requests within 30 days, and complete deletion requests within 7 days of confirming your identity. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these.

10. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be flagged for deletion after an attempted notice email. Public-form submissions (from visitors without an account) are kept no longer than 12 months.

11. If This Service Is Discontinued

11.1 Planned shutdown

We'll give at least 30 days' advance notice by email, provide a window to export your data, then permanently delete the underlying Firebase project. The domain will redirect to a static confirmation page. If GoEnhanced LLC has been formed by then, dissolution will follow standard Texas LLC procedure.

11.2 Unplanned shutdown, incapacity, or death of the operator

A designated technical person holds documented instructions to delete the Firebase project and cancel hosting/the domain if the operator becomes unable to run the Platform, with a best-effort final notification email to active users beforehand. Our default in this scenario is deletion, not indefinite preservation of your data.

11.3 What you can do to protect yourself

Export your Binder to the Word version periodically, and don't rely on any single online tool, ours included, as your only copy of critical information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes affecting how sensitive data (Section 3) is handled will be announced by email to active accounts, not just posted silently.
